Better Baby Care TM Indiana (BBCI)
Better
Baby Care™ Indiana (BBCI) is part of a national movement
to improve child care environments and support systems for
parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers age birth
to thirty-six months. BBCI has four components of focus including:
safe and healthy care, family centered care, developmentally
appropriate care, and support for caregivers, families and
the community. The goal of BBCI is to promote the healthy
development of infants, toddlers, and families throughout
Indiana.
Childhood Connections, through the BBCI program, provides
enhanced referral services for parents of children ages birth
to three. These services include vacancy checks, educational
materials, and periodic follow-ups.
Childhood Connections also provides free trainings to parents on a variety of topics relating to infants and toddlers. If you are interested in participating in an upcoming training check our Events Calendar or contact our Infant and Toddler Specialist for further details.
